I Remember when i was 10 i was invited to a Halloween party and was so excited LOL( at that time it was rare to have this kind of party in kuwait :P) i remember a shop at jam3yat el rowda that put a teddy bear in a ballon.. i bought a devil toy and put it in the ballon and made the theme red and black .. it looked amazing ! while i was leaving home marit yam n5ala and the ballon popped LOOL i cried!! and went and gave the girl a popped ballon with the devil hanging and explained what happened .. making a long story short.. it's nice to see that these balloons are back and available @ Balloony Q8
